Demolition of two 12 story buildings and demo/backfill of existing 4 level below grade parking garage. We used a Hitachi 850 high reach demolition machine to demolish these buildings. We used a group of excavators, up to Komatsu 650 in size, to demolish below grade parking garages and backfill with rubble from the building demolition. We imported clean dirt fill material to bring site up to the specified grades at street level. This job was contracted with Clark Construction.
